Próspera has partnered with Honduras to create the first Próspera Hub on Roatán. This hub is part of the Próspera ZEDE (Zone for Economic Development and Employment) - a semi-autonomous jurisdiction encompassing one or more physical locations within Honduras.

This special jurisdiction is anchored in the Honduran Constitution and the ZEDE Organic Law.
The ZEDE structure allows Próspera to work with the Honduran government subject to international law to establish the jurisdiction’s semi-autonomous legal, administrative, and regulatory institutions.
